Elevate patient care and operational efficiency as a Pharmacy Technician r role focuses on accurate prescription processing and supporting pharmacy operations.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining patient records, assisting with prescriptions, and ensuring the legality of all documentation. Your attention to detail is crucial for managing patient information in the pharmacy's system. You will also be involved in inventory management and keeping a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate flow of patient records
• Assist in prescription preparation and distribution
• Evaluate and input prescription legality and labels
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting
• Support team with inventory management
Requirements:
• Pharmacy Technician Diploma or Bridging program
• Successful completion of the PEBC Qualifying exam
• Membership in good standing with provincial College of Pharmacists
• 1 year pharmacy experience required
• Proficient in Windows and pharmacy software
