Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to inform treatment strategies

• Oversee case management and discharge processes

Requirements:

• Completed Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent

• Current registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level

C)

• Familiarity with Connect Care preferred
