This role at Care Rx demands a committed Staff Pharmacist to oversee medication safety while ensuring therapeutic appropriateness. You'll collaborate with pharmacy team members to facilitate timely medication orders, maintain compliance with laws, and deliver exemplary patient care. Your organizational skills and critical thinking will be put to good use as you respond to diverse pharmaceutical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely to patients

• Collaborate with pharmacy team for timely medication orders

• Consult with management on unresolved issues

• Conduct medication reviews and document recommendations

• Communicate professionally with health care team members

Requirements:

• Licensed with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Knowledge of Kroll Windows application preferred

• Self-directed and able to work independently

• Previous long-term pharmacy experience is an asset
