Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and services
• Educate patients on frame choices based on lifestyles
• Interpret prescriptions and ensure proper adjustments
• Process billing and payments for patients efficiently
• Aid in managing contact lens fittings and orders
Requirements:
• Prior experience in an optical or retail setting preferred
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal prowess
