The position requires 20-29 hours weekly and highlights individual interaction through both digital and in-person engagements. You'll perform essential duties including pre-testing and basic eyewear repairs while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out

• Conduct pre-testing for comprehensive eye care

• Organize appointments and manage billing processes

• Handle eyewear pick-ups and minor repairs

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred
