As an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with Alberta Paramedic Health (APH), you will assess emergency scenes and manage patient transport and care. You'll utilize advanced life support techniques and lead ALS teams during crucial moments. This demanding position requires operational readiness and physical endurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess emergency scenes for patient care needs

• Operate ambulances and other transport vehicles

• Administer medications and deliver advanced life support

• Ensure ambulances are stocked and maintained per APH standards

• Manage ALS team during patient transport

Requirements:

• Active registration as Advanced Care Paramedic with ACOP

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support CPR certification

• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence or equivalent

• Successful completion of the Functional Abilities Recruitment Evaluation

• Ability to lift and transport patients and equipment
