Direct Care Aide at Devonshire Care Center

Provide essential personal and nursing care for residents at Devonshire Care Center as a Health Care Aide. Work under the guidance of nursing professionals to deliver quality care that enhances residents' well-being.

As a Health Care Aide, you will assist in delivering restorative care and support activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding. Collaborate with the nursing team to monitor and document changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.

Your role will ensure that care plans are effectively implemented while promoting a compassionate and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care to assigned residents

• Assist with meal service and monitor hydration

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

• Maintain accurate records of care and treatments

• Foster positive relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

• CHLA License required

• Graduate of Health Care Aide or PSW course

• Preferred experience with seniors in health care settings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
