This position involves working closely under the supervision of healthcare professionals to provide nursing care and support daily living activities. You'll assist residents with grooming, feeding, and mobility, while also observing and documenting any health changes to ensure their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct personal care and support to residents
• Aid with feeding, bathing, and ambulation activities
• Report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions
• Facilitate meal service and maintain hydration documentation
• Keep accurate records of care provided and residents’ needs
Requirements:
• CHLA License required for this position
• Graduate from an approved Health Care Aide course
• Experience in caring for seniors or chronic care preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service mindset, fostering positive relationships
