Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities as per care plans
• Work collaboratively with nurses and health professionals
• Report on patients’ mood, health, and wellbeing regularly
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
• Facilitate organized activities and programs for residents
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months of hire
• Nursing students with practicum experience welcomed
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Registration with College of LPN’s and HCA’s of Alberta needed
