As a Health Care Aide under the direction of the Health & Wellness Manager, you will support residents through personal care while observing their conditions. Your work will play an important role in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for seniors. This position will span one year, covering maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow supervisors' care plans for residents

• Assist residents with daily activities and hygiene

• Document and report significant changes in care

• Support meals and nutritional requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the living environment

Requirements:

• Must have completed a Health Care Aide program

• Experience in community health services with seniors

• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking

• Be organized and manage time effectively

• Provide updated Vulnerable Sector Check
