This critical role at Sienna supports our mission to promote happiness and comfort for residents. As a Health Care Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, administrative health tasks, and emotional support. Your contribution will strengthen the community spirit and ensure residents feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care

• Provide emotional and cognitive support for well-being

• Administer medication following prescribed training

• Facilitate access to assistive devices for mobility

• Encourage participation in community programs and social activities

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide program completion from an accredited college

• Proficient in basic care procedures and techniques

• Compassionate, with strong interpersonal skills

• Eligible to work in Canada legally

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
