Location: St. Albert
Make a difference in the lives of clients at Youville Home as a Health Care Aide, providing essential care and support within a collaborative team. This position focuses on personal care and monitoring health throughout the day.
Covenant Health is seeking a Health Care Aide who will play an integral role in delivering personalized support to individuals at Youville Home in St. Albert. You will work under the supervision of nursing professionals and engage in a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring client safety and comfort. Your commitment to continuous improvement and professionalism will shine in this meaningful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer personal health care in line with care guidelines
• Observe and document client health changes
• Assist clients in daily activities
• Participate in continuous professional development
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team
Requirements:
• Registration and valid practice permit from CLHA
• Experience in Continuing Care is preferred
• Familiarity with Connect Care is a plus
• High accountability and professionalism standards
• Required Criminal Record Check upon hire
