Position: Full-Time Community Service Worker

This full-time role focuses on aiding individuals receiving Disability Services, ensuring their independence and connection to their community. Responsibilities include personal support, behavioral management, and facilitating access to recreational opportunities. You will play a key role in nurturing a supportive environment promoting dignity and respect for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with personal care and daily tasks

• Engage in community inclusion activities with clients

• Implement behavioral programs and document progress

• Maintain a safe environment following regulatory procedures

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements:

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• Relevant diploma or experience in the field

• Clear Criminal Records Check required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks as required
