Join Adult Community Services Leduc as a Mental Health Therapist at the Centre Hope Building. Use your expertise to provide evidence-based mental health treatment to clients in a supportive environment.

In this full-time Mental Health Therapist role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, offering both individual and group therapies for clients with addiction and mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include assessment, case management, and collaborative care planning to ensure effective transitions back to primary care. Your ability to manage a diverse caseload while navigating the health system is essential for client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for clients in need

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions

• Collaborate with primary care providers for seamless client transitions

• Manage comprehensive case files and treatment plans

• Ensure adherence to the Alberta Mental Health Act

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

• 3+ years of mental health experience, preferably in a community setting

• Registration or eligibility with Alberta regulatory college

• Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
