Spark Lifecare seeks a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist/Assistant for in-home services to support a teenage client recovering from a car accident. You will focus on socialization and assistance with daily living tasks. Your ability to work with brain injuries or chronic pain in a multidisciplinary team setting will significantly impact client recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with community integration and social activities

• Support client completion of ADL/IADL tasks

• Help with school organization as needed

• Use a smartphone for communication and scheduling

• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach

Requirements:

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Recent Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check

• Cover letter detailing your suitability for Spark

• Experience in community-integrated support roles

• Education in a related field preferred
