e4c is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to supporting children with communication delays. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide essential assessments, interventions, and programs.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at e4c, you will empower preschool children through innovative, individualized communication support. This role includes assessing developmental needs, designing tailored interventions, and actively engaging families. Your work will directly contribute to building a community where every child achieves their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on communication development with support teams
• Conduct assessments and interventions for preschool caseload
• Develop and review individualized programming and IPPs
• Provide expertise and coaching to educators and families
• Engage families in their child's communication journey
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Registered with ACSLPA
• 1+ year experience with preschool children
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification
