Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for all counselling and therapeutic programs
• Establish clinical standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Supervise therapists and clinical staff development
• Design programs and evaluate based on community feedback
• Represent clinical interests in external partnerships
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant mental health discipline
• 5+ years of direct clinical practice experience
• 2+ years in a clinical supervisory role
• Knowledge of evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
