Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement wellness activities and programs

• Encourage resident participation in special events and daily activities

• Monitor and document levels of engagement

• Maintain a safe and welcoming activity environment

• Prepare promotional materials including calendars and newsletters

Requirements:

• Customer service experience, particularly with seniors

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work flexible hours and manage physical tasks
