Your five years of phlebotomy experience ensures that you will effectively supervise, demonstrate, and teach essential patient care practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Present phlebotomy curriculum in classroom and lab settings
• Supervise students in proper patient care techniques
• Adjust teaching methods to cater to diverse learners
• Evaluate and record student performance accurately
• Order necessary supplies for day and night classes
Requirements:
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician with 5+ years experience
• National certification from an accredited organization
• California CPT License is mandatory
• Teaching experience preferred but not necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required
