You'll play a vital role in assisting patients and working closely with families and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities and care plans

• Support nurses in providing routine patient care

• Observe and report on patients' health and wellbeing

• Maintain safety for patients, staff, and visitors

• Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers

Requirements:

• Active or eligible registration with CLHA as a Health Care Aide

• Proof of completion of Health Care Aide Certificate

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong organizational and patient-care skills

• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
