Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments for treatment planning

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C certification

• Willingness to meet background screening requirements

• Previous Connect Care training preferred
