Trainee Recruiter

Position: Trainee 360 Recruiter
Drake International is looking for a 360 Recruiter to run a permanent recruitment for Drake Edmonton. As a Trainee 360 Recruiter, you’ll learn to manage the full recruitment cycle while driving new business opportunities. You’ll combine sales, account management, and candidate sourcing to deliver outstanding results. This role requires resilience, initiative, and the ambition to build a successful desk from the ground up.
What We Offer: 

Salary: $55,000 per annum and uncapped commission potential

What You'll Do: 

Drive B2B sales and bring in new business opportunities

Promote and sell recruitment solutions and tools to clients

Source, engage, and manage candidates through multiple channels

Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term growth

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends

Support clients with job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies

Work closely with the Branch Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years’ experience in retail or any client facing/sales position

Previous experience in sales, preferably selling recruitment tools or services

University Degree in Business, Commerce or related field preferred

Previous experience in sales, preferably selling recruitment tools or services

Strong retail or customer-facing background with proven ability to hit sales targets

A record of business sourcing and building client pipelines

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A driven, resilient, and ambitious personality – hungry to succeed

Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A natural problem-solver with creativity and initiative
