As an HR Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, analyze HR metrics, and assist with benefit and pension administration. Your expertise in HRMS will help streamline operations and foster employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer HRMS for hourly employee changes
• Respond to payroll and pension inquiries effectively
• Maintain KRONOS and SAP data accuracy
• Produce reports on employee trends and turnover
• Support recruitment, orientations, and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Ongoing or completed education in Human Resources
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Word
• Ability to work autonomously in a union environment
• Team-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
