Position: Lifestyle Options HR Generalist Role
Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities seeks a full-time HR Generalist to ensure employee support and smooth recruitment operations. This role is essential for a healthy workplace culture.

You will join our Head Office team, playing a critical role in delivering HR services across various functions, such as policy compliance, employee relations, and advisory support. Your five-plus years of HR experience will help you coach management effectively while implementing UKG systems, setting a standard for HR excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive policy development and compliance efforts

• Serve as an advisory resource for employees

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new hires

• Mentor supervisors on HR best practices

• Collaborate on UKG implementation efforts with HR leadership

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in HR or business

• Required CPHR Designation or Candidate status

• Thorough understanding of labor laws

• Prior experience with HRIS or ATS software

• At least five years of diverse HR experience
