Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee life cycle documentation and transactions

• Develop onboarding documentation and templates

• Facilitate the candidate onboarding experience

• Post job requisitions and source candidates strategically

• Update and maintain job descriptions as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience

• A degree in Business or Labour Relations is advantageous

• Knowledge of construction and union affairs is beneficial

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently
