In this critical position, reporting to the VP of Payroll & Benefits, you will manage the entire payroll cycle, enhance compliance, and implement solid financial controls across multiple jurisdictions in Canada. Your leadership will cultivate a culture of teamwork, innovation, and employee development. You will be responsible for protecting sensitive employee information and ensuring accurate payroll practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise comprehensive payroll processing and GL reconciliations

• Guarantee payroll compliance in various Canadian jurisdictions

• Develop effective payroll procedures and controls

• Ensure accuracy of employee payment records and data

• Mentor team members to build a cohesive and motivated team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory payroll role

• At least 5 years handling full cycle payroll

• Experienced with payroll systems, UKG, and Great Plains preferred

• Exceptional planning and organizational skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
