Position: Edmonton Senior HR Advisor Role
Drive HR excellence as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Peace Hills General Insurance based in Edmonton. Engage in the complete employee lifecycle, enhancing workforce productivity.

This strategic, permanent position offers a chance to collaborate with the Vice-President of HR.

Your role involves providing HR services covering performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and disability management. You'll use your 8+ years of experience to partner with leaders in fostering high-performing teams and effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance on employment issues to leaders

• Coach managers in employee relations and performance

• Develop and monitor HR programs and initiatives

• Support employees in disability management

• Execute HR reporting and metric development

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources

• A minimum of 8 years in HR

• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) sought

• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and employment law

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
