Key Responsibilities:
• Provide job evaluation support using established plans
• Lead projects on effective organizational solutions
• Develop communication strategies for job evaluations
• Facilitate training for the university community
• Conduct internal and external analysis for informed decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, commerce, or related field
• At least 5 years in organizational design
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and innovation skills
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders
