This contract role is critical in supporting Clark Builders' Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, sourcing talent, and attending events that help build community relationships. Collaboration with Workforce Managers will ensure you meet fluctuating workforce demands while complying with industry standards and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Managers on recruitment strategies
• Source and screen candidates for various trades positions
• Maintain organized records of recruitment activity
• Participate in job fairs and events to build talent pipelines
• Manage ATS for tracking candidate development
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment for trades preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and recruiting best practices
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Familiar with industry recruitment tools and software
