Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR guidance for site leadership
• Address current and future talent needs through planning
• Consult on change management and performance strategies
• Lead execution of HR programs related to compensation and engagement
• Collaborate with HR Operations to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 6 years of HR generalist experience
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of Alberta employment laws
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing settings
