Lead the HR function as an experienced Human Resources Manager in a growing organization. Focus on employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational culture through strong HR practices and programs. Your responsibilities will include developing HR policies, overseeing employee engagement, and conducting workplace investigations.

• Serve as a senior resource for employee relations and investigations

• Partner with leaders to support performance management

• Develop HR policies and compliance initiatives

• Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

• Drive employee recognition and culture-building efforts

Requirements:

• Significant experience in HR leadership and generalist functions

• Proven success in handling employee relations

• Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices

• Ability to coach and influence leaders on complex matters

• CPHR designation or progress toward completion an asset
