Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic HR consulting to client groups
• Advise on policies and collective agreements
• Support exit interviews and employee focus groups
• Lead workplace conflict resolution processes
• Facilitate departmental reviews and team initiatives
Requirements:
• HR-related degree required
• At least 5 years' experience as an HR generalist
• CPHR designation preferred
• Experience in a post-secondary environment desired
• Strong judgement in HR practices and legislation
