We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years’ experience in payroll and benefits administration for our Edmonton West location. Your expertise in processing semi-monthly payroll across multiple locations and managing employee benefits will be instrumental. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle payroll for various employee categories

• Administer company RRSP plans and benefits

• Review payroll reports and prepare reconciliations

• Perform general ledger and account analyses

• Liaise with insurance providers for employee eligibility

Requirements:

• At least five years in payroll and benefits roles

• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• CPP certification preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
