As a Craft Recruiter, your focus will be on the recruitment of hourly craft employees for a variety of projects throughout Western Canada. This dynamic position allows you to engage with candidates, assist in the hiring process, and help build a strong workforce. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in maintaining information and supporting employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes for craft roles
• Post and promote job opportunities
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Interface with candidates at recruitment events
Requirements:
• Education in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience in recruitment or customer service
• Strong communication and organization abilities
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
