Expert HR, Payroll and Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Expert HR, Payroll, and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role demands HR proficiency alongside operational support in a vibrant industrial setting.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR functions, ensuring payroll accuracy, and facilitating employee onboarding and documentation. Collaborating with shop and management teams, you will be integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance adherence. Adaptability and a problem-solving attitude will be key assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR administration and employee support functions

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing

• Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Facilitate vendor setup and invoice administration

• Support various operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years of HR and payroll experience

• Strong attention to detail with payroll management

• Experience in oilfield services or related fields is preferred

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
