Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with managers on hiring needs and practices
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for professional roles
• Support development of talent pipelines and sourcing strategies
• Conduct candidate evaluations and onboarding processes
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and trends
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven consultative experience with hiring leaders
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for meetings
