Experienced HR Business Partner in Leduc

Location: City of Leduc

Lead people initiatives as an HR Business Partner with Bravo Target Safety in Leduc. This in-person role focuses on aligning HR practices with business goals while supporting employees.

As part of the HR team, you will manage employee relations, create training programs, and conduct workplace investigations. You will also develop company policies, support recruitment processes, and mentor HR team members. Your ability to balance employee needs and business objectives is crucial to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR Director on strategic planning

• Resolve employee relations challenges constructively

• Conduct thorough workplace investigations as needed

• Create and update company policies and guidelines

• Deliver training sessions and develop educational materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar

• CPHR Designation required

• 5+ years of HR experience in generalist or advisory roles

• Ability to work on-site and travel approximately 25%

• Proactive self-starter with a focus on process improvement
