Elevate the operational efficiency at 7-Eleven as our Branch Staffing Scheduler. This full-time role focuses on coordination, scheduling, and onboarding activities for our Edmonton Warehouse.
In this key position, you'll manage all hiring activities and lead the onboarding process for new teammates. Your strong organizational skills and proactive communication will support our branch's daily operations and foster a positive workplace culture. Collaborating with the Regional Warehouse Manager ensures that staffing processes align with organizational standards while enhancing team engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all branches hiring including resume screening
• Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees
• Address personnel needs and maintain workplace communication
• Organize branch events and manage operational tasks
• Ensure accurate documentation and process management
Requirements:
• High School/GED educational qualification
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR and onboarding processes
