Here's what you'll be doing   Partner with clients across Canada and the U.S. to help them hire top-tier technical talent - from software engineers and data scientists to AI researchers.
Combine traditional sourcing with AI-assisted prospecting, personalized outreach crafted through intelligent agents, and human intuition that can't be automated.
Use AI-powered analytics to forecast hiring trends, measure campaign performance, and deliver insight-rich reports that go beyond surface metrics.
Manage candidate and client pipelines with transparency and precision, leveraging automation for admin tasks so you can focus on relationships.
Collaborate with Guru Link's internal innovation team to pilot new recruiting technologies - from conversational agents to adaptive candidate scoring models.
