This newly created role is essential for the human resources team and includes responsibilities such as advising field leaders on performance management and conducting investigations. You'll support operational teams in resolving complex employee relations issues while interpreting collective agreements and managing grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise field supervisors on employee relations issues
• Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Interpret and apply CLAC collective agreements
• Manage grievances and support collective bargaining
• Analyze labour data for workforce planning
Requirements:
• 4+ years progressive HR experience in Labour Relations
• Direct experience in a CLAC unionized setting
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada
