Covenant Health seeks an experienced individual to manage sophisticated employee relations issues, particularly in a unionized environment. As a senior consultant, you will mentor Advisors, set strategic directions, and provide expert guidance to organizational leaders.

Your role will include handling workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and influence a team of People Relations Advisors

• Conduct complex workplace investigations and conflict resolutions

• Partner with leaders to develop effective solutions

• Provide expert advice on employee and labor relations

• Navigate ambiguity while managing competing priorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 6-8 years of HR consulting experience

• Expertise in labor relations and collective agreements

• Certification in workplace investigations required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
