In this pivotal role, the People Operations Manager will shape HR operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experiences. Your focus will encompass process optimization, system design, and data-driven solutions that advance Appcast's extraordinary culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure HRIS meets business requirements and supports Appcast’s culture
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of people processes
• Develop and implement policies for HR compliance and strategy
• Oversee employee life-cycle policies and processes
• Enhance onboarding/offboarding with efficient procedures
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience in operations
• Strong HRIS administration knowledge and experience
• Proven ability in process improvement and compliance
• Excellent project management skills
• Familiarity with employment law across North America
