As a Human Resources Advisor at AHS, you will support management within your assigned client group by providing expert consultation on various HR functions.
Your role requires a deep understanding of employee relations, talent management, and compensation strategies. Collaboration with managers, HR networks, and unions is essential for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive HR consultation to management staff
• Coordinate talent management and employee relations duties
• Advise on job classification and compensation processes
• Foster collaborative relationships with HR and union representatives
• Identify and resolve non-standard HR issues and requests
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in HR or business administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR advisory roles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Leadership abilities and client-focused orientation
• Valid driver's license and vehicle are required
