Support Tridon Communications across Alberta as a Human Resources Business Partner using recruitment expertise and strong relationship-building skills.
This 12-month contract supports a potential permanent full-time transition. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will provide broad HR generalist support across an assigned portfolio while collaborating with leaders and departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment from postings through employment offers
- Source candidates through Indeed and Linked In
- Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations
- Administer onboarding and performance management processes
- Prepare HR reports and support organizational projects
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum five years of HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting recruitment, relations, onboarding, and performance management
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
