We are seeking Business Systems Analyst Students for our North American Headquarters (NAHQ) district, in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 8 months starting in May 2026.

As a Business Systems Analyst Students, you will contribute to our team by:

• Provides user support for enterprise business development, marketing and communications.
• Responds to related service requests, troubleshoots incidents, and investigates problems.
• Assists with, creates or updates process, training and system documentation.
• Assists with/delivers web-based training to end users.
• Assists with documentation of requirements for new systems or enhancements.
• Assists with, creates or updates use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.
• Participates in pilots and rollouts.
• Develops and delivers stakeholder communications.
• Assists with the coordination of subject matter experts for requirements refinement and user acceptance testing.
• Assists with/performs system testing.
• Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Assists with new and ongoing department initiatives.
• Assists with/performs analysis of system and data usage.
