RAM Elevators & Lifts Inc. is an industry-leading Edmonton-based manufacturer of residential & commercial elevators and accessibility lifts. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to provide technical services and product support.
About the Role
RAM’s Technical Support is responsible for troubleshooting problems and helping dealers install new products. This individual has strong technical knowledge and skills, and an exceptional customer service approach.
Responsibilities
Preparation of electrical technical drawings using Electra and/or Auto CadProvide friendly and helpful customer service over the phone and through emailSupport dealers installing new products with technical support over the phoneSupport trouble shooting and repairs on older products over the phoneTechnical order review and processingOther duties as requiredQualifications
Background in Electrical or Electronics (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)Knowledge of electronics, component identification, troubleshooting, understanding basic circuitsProficient with Microsoft Office, Electra & Auto Cad 2D softwareVSD and PLC experience an assetMust have Customer service experienceAbility to communicate clearly in written and spoken English is requiredStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsKnowledge of Solidworks software is an assetWe will provide training specific to our products.
