Position: Intermediate BI/Analytics Engineer to create analytical datasets for airline revenue and operations reporting
Overview: Our client requires an Intermediate BI/Analytics Engineer to build analytical data models and optimize query performance for business intelligence consumption.
Responsibilities:
Design dimensional models for Revenue and Customer analyticsOptimize Redshift query performance and table designCreate aggregate tables and materialized viewsBuild semantic layers for BI tool consumptionSupport Revenue UAT testing and validationDocument business rules and calculationsMust Haves:
5+ years building analytical data models and martsExpert SQL and dimensional modeling skillsExperience with Redshift performance optimizationBackground in business intelligence tools integrationUnderstanding of airline metrics (RPK, ASK, load factor, yield)Nice to Haves:
Experience with Tableau or PowerBIKnowledge of revenue management conceptsdbt experience
