Our utilities client is seeking a Senior SAP-ISU Test Lead to support large-scale capital initiatives within a Major Capital Projects portfolio.
Overview:
This role will be highly hands-on, working in the trenches alongside other testers while also providing test leadership across multiple SAP-ISU workstreams. The successful candidate must bring deep SAP-ISU test execution experience, with the ability to lead by example rather than through delegation alone.
Must-Haves:
3-5 years of hands-on SAP-ISU test execution experience (non-negotiable)5+ years of experience performing and leading functional and integration testing within SAP-ISUExperience testing across multiple SAP-ISU modules (e.g., Billing, Enrollment, CRM, Water, Device Management)Proven ability to lead testing while remaining hands-onProven experience planning and delivering multi-phase testing initiatives end-to-endDemonstrated ability to define testing scope, assess risk, and prioritize test activitiesNice-to-Haves:
Experience with SAP-ISU Enrollment, Billing, and CRMExperience with SAP-ISU Water projects, including device managementExperience with structured or formal testing methodologiesExperience working with Azure Dev Ops for test management, tracking, or reportingResponsibilities:
Act as a testing liaison with Project Managers and stakeholders while remaining actively involved in test executionHands-on execution of test cases across SAP-ISU modules, including functional, integration, and UAT supportPlan and support multi-phase test cycles while personally contributing to testing activitiesEnsure system quality and stability across SAP-ISU implementations through direct testing involvementCoordinate and support UAT, including direct engagement with business usersDocument, track, and report defects and test results, providing clear summaries to stakeholdersSupport projects mid-stream and adapt quickly in evolving environments with minimal supervision
