Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day

About the Role
CASA Mental Health is seeking a dynamic Manager, Information Technology (IT), to oversee our IT operations, ensure that our infrastructure can grow seamlessly with our business needs, and spearhead our transition to cloud-based services. The Manager, IT, will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.

The Manager, Information Technology, will:
  • Lead daily IT operations, ensuring systems and services are reliable, secure, and well supported.
  • Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Entra , Intune, Defender).
  • Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure, networking, and endpoint environments.
  • Ensure strong cybersecurity practices, including access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, and security awareness.
  • Manage end-user support services and improve service delivery and documentation.
  • Partner with leaders and staff to understand technology needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and licensing.
  • Track and manage IT budgets, assets, and renewals.
  • Support technology projects and organizational change initiatives.

    Skills and Abilities

  • Strong technical knowledge of network, hardware, software, computer operating systems, protocols and standards.
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and security.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Exceptional end-user service orientation.
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • Five years of progressive experience in an IT management or leadership role.
  • Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Conditions of Employment
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Intervention Check. This would be the financial responsibility of the successful candidate.
  • Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments is an asset.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
