As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will help build and manage the technical tools used by the Ben Stelter School Fundraiser. This role focuses on creating scripts, building websites, and using tools such as Google Apps Script to automate tasks and connect systems.
Key Responsibilities- Create scripts and automations (such as Google Apps Script) to save time and reduce manual work
- Build, update, and maintain websites or web tools
- Connect Google Forms, Google Sheets, email systems, and websites so they work together smoothly
- Fix bugs and solve technical issues when they arise
- Work with directors and team members to understand what tools are needed
- Keep systems organized and easy to use
- Some experience or interest in coding, scripting, or web development
- Familiarity with Google tools like Sheets and Forms
- Willingness to learn new tools and improve existing systems
- Basic programming and scripting skills
- Problem‑solving and logical thinking
- Ability to explain technical ideas simply
- Organized and detail‑oriented
